Reciprocal Exchange
In order to qualify for the P-2 category, you need documentation showing that:

1. Persons performing under reciprocal exchange program
2. Exchange is between a U.S. organization and foreign organization
3. Provision is for temporary exchange
4. The exchange is between similar caliber performers employed under similar conditions.
